✦ General
-I, the artist, am not responsible if the client fails to read these terms of service provided.
-I will only start your commission once it has been paid in full.
-There are NO REFUNDS once I start your commission.
-Please inform me if you have a deadline for your artwork.
-General turnaround is 1-8+ weeks. Time varies based on queue and order complexity.
-Please do not rush me, but you are welcome to DM me any questions about your order.
-If there are ANY problems with your order please talk to me about them. I'm easy to talk to and willing to come up with a solution!
-I reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason. In that case, you will be refunded fully.✦ Payment
-I will only start your commission once it has been paid in full. There are NO REFUNDS once I start your commission.✦ Art Process/Revisions
-I will notify you when I begin on your order.
-A Trello will be made available for you to track your order. You may also DM me.
-WIPs I send them at these stages: crusty placements sketch, linart+base color, final revision/changes. You may request as many WIPs as you like within reason.
-Corrections, adjustments, as well as any mistakes made by me, are always corrected free of charge.
-Changes are an additional cost.
-Please! Communicate to me if there is anything that needs correction/changes. Once I finish the order and you've accepted it, I will no longer make any revisions.✦ Usage
-Please do not repost or redistribute my artwork anywhere without my permission and proper
credit.
-Do not edit, trace, change, or alter the artwork. [cropping for things like banners is okay]
-Do not claim the artwork as your own.
-I prohibit the use of my artwork for NFT's or AI learning.
-I reserve the right to post any commission to my social media. Unless requested otherwise.
-All commissions are for personal use only, unless you own commercial rights.✦ Commercial Rights vs Non--Commerical Artworks
-Commercial rights are required when an artwork is being used for profit. This includes but is not limited to merchandise, streaming, Vtubing, YouTube videos, TikTok, etc.
-Commercial rights are not required when using the artwork for things like profile pictures, banners, etc.

-Fetish/Kink artwork can be subject to an upcharge of 50% of the total price.
-Any artwork that is considered NSFW requires age verification. Do not order it if you are not willing to verify your age
